more CD booklet

More CD booklet. Oh noes! There are still two pages I haven't scanned!! :O I'll get them up here as soon as I can. In the meantime I have to see about printing stuff...is it TOO MUCH to ask for a printer that works here? I'm paying an awful lot of money to be here.Labels: sketchbook

Happy New Year!
NEW POST! I haven't updated for a while because I haven't drawn anything worth posting...so...um...here we go.
HEY KIDS! Let's make "paintings" to American Analog Set! As in, the indie rock/synth/"chamber pop" outfit. Even if you had heard the songs, this still wouldn't make any sense. I don't know why more people haven't heard of this band, and I was delighted to see a small writeup about them on The Onion A.V. Club (one of the writers has decided to go through his entire music collection alphabetically and write about it).
And now a couple of barely interesting leftovers from last year. This is what is meant by "experimental drawing" - not having a plan for the outcome of the piece. This page was my "palette" for that Buck 65 comic, hence all the brown. I noticed that some of my ink splotches looked like some sort of goth puppet character. The end.
A form of collage where a page is torn up, then the pieces are dropped onto another page and glued wherever they happen to fall. I probably shouldn't even be posting this, but I like it for some reason. ;p
And finally, The Crystal Toilet!! Don't ask. XD
